Close to 130 medical doctors, EMTs and Scientology Volunteer Ministers landed safely in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where they met up with a second group of Volunteer Ministers that made it on the land route from the Domenican Republic to Port-au-Prince.

After security clearance, the group started manning hospital tents and supply lines. Conditions on the ground are reported as dangerous due to spreading disease and gangs roaming the area looting. The area for non-government organizations is protected by United Nations military personnel. Starting today the police and the UN Stabilising Mission in Haiti have ordered a curfew.

We will keep you updated on the new developments in the country. Your help is needed to rebuild the spirit of Haiti!
